Martin Motorsports has taken care of my 98 528i for the last few years and I can say he has been one of the few shops in the DC area that has the skills and professionalism to handle any issues that have come up. The real reason for my review has been the handling of my wife's concerns of getting a value and service that she pays for. Gary the owner, has not only handled her concerns with the $$ value but he makes sure she understands what is needed now VS maintenance that will allow the car to run 100,000 + miles without problems. This shop has taken care of me and more than 4 referrals YTD. Stephen in VA
Terrible experience

The owner is very rude. The first 5 minutes was the worst experience I have ever been through at a business. I would not leave my car there if it was free. Save yourself the attitude. I understand people have a bad day but this is his personality. Aweful!
